Most likely causes
- No EPG source is attached to the login, so the guide grid has nothing to display even though channels play.
- The device time zone or clock is wrong, so the listings load but sit outside the visible window or look empty for the current slot.
- The guide is large and still downloading on first load, or the last download timed out on a slow connection.
- Some channels are not mapped to an EPG ID, so those rows stay blank while the rest of the guide fills in.
- The saved EPG cache is stale after the app updated, so old or partial listings are showing instead of the current ones.
Fixes, in the order to try them
Refresh the EPG. In IPTV Smarters Pro open the settings and use the option to update or reload the EPG, then wait rather than reloading again straight away. This pulls a fresh copy of the listings instead of waiting for the next scheduled pass.
Set the correct time zone. In the app settings look for an EPG time or time-shift option and match it to your region, and check that the device date, time and time zone are correct in the system settings. A clock that is a few hours out pushes every programme past the edge of the visible guide and reads as blank for the current slot.
Give the first download time. A full guide for a large channel list can take one to three minutes to arrive, and cells stay blank until it finishes. Leave the guide open for a couple of minutes on first load rather than reloading repeatedly, especially on Wi-Fi.
Reload the login. Remove the saved user in IPTV Smarters Pro and add it again with the Xtream Codes option so both the channels and the guide feed are pulled fresh. An Xtream login usually carries the EPG automatically, whereas a bare M3U may not include guide data at all.
Check channel EPG mapping. If most channels fill in but some stay blank, those are not matched to a guide ID. That is normal for a handful of channels and is a mapping detail rather than a fault; the rest of the guide is unaffected.
Clear the app cache. If old or partial listings persist after a refresh, clear the IPTV Smarters Pro cache in the device app settings, then reopen the app so it downloads the guide again from scratch.
Restart cleanly. If the grid is still empty, close the app fully, power the device off at the wall for thirty seconds, and reopen it so the guide starts a clean download. If the guide never loads on any channel after this, ask the AurexTV desk to confirm an EPG source is attached to your line.

EPG / TV guide not working FAQ
Why is my guide blank when the channels play?
Playback and the guide are separate feeds. Channels use the playlist; the guide needs its own EPG data. A blank guide with working channels means the EPG source is missing, still downloading, or pushed off-screen by a wrong time zone.
The guide is shifted by a few hours. How do I fix that?
That is a time-zone mismatch rather than missing data. Set the correct EPG time or time-shift in the app settings, confirm the device time zone is right, then reload the guide. The listings will line up with the current programmes afterwards.
How long should the guide take to appear?
Usually under a minute, but a large multi-day guide on Wi-Fi can take two to three minutes on first load. Stay on the guide screen while it downloads rather than switching away or reloading, which can cancel the request.
Only some channels have no listings. Is that normal?
It can be. Channels that are not matched to a guide ID show a blank row while the rest fill in. That is a mapping detail, not a fault with your subscription, and it does not affect playback on those channels.
