AurexTV respects intellectual property. We act on valid notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the equivalent laws of the UK, Canada and Australia, and we remove or disable access to material identified as infringing.
How to send a notice
Send your notice to our copyright contact — message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page — with "DMCA notice" as the subject or first line so it is routed correctly.
What a notice must contain
Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
Identification of the material complained of and where it appears, in enough detail for us to find it.
Your name, postal address, telephone number and a contact address.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Response time
We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days and act within 5. A notice missing any of the items above is returned with a note on what is needed.
Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice by the same route, with the same identifying details and a statement under penalty of perjury.
